ensemble  TWIST AGAIN (2015).

Ceci est un ancien travail des années 90, abandonné à l’époque, puis retrouvé dans mes archives en 2015.
Comme tout bon photographe qui se respecte, j’avais alors  abordé le sujet du  nu féminin et en profitais, bien naturellement, pour… me rincer l’œil!
Très mal à l’aise dans cet exercice, j’avais imaginé de photographier mon modèle en différents  « tronçons », tout en lui demandant de se tourner de quelques degrés après chaque prise. Une fois la planche contact réalisée, cette bouillie m’a semblé absurde et j’ai donc sagement rangé ce résultat dans  le tiroir  des  « Sans Intérêt » .
25 ans plus tard, sans doute avec la nostalgie des jeunes beautés maintenant hors d’atteinte, j’ai enfin réussi à réaliser un collage plausible de quelques-uns de ces tronçons pour faire surgir une sorte de sirène toute tire-bouchonnée.
Une petite récréation à l’heure des flash-back et de la panne d’inspiration.

This is an ancient work dating back to the 90s, abandoned at the time, then found again in my archives in 2015.
Like all good self-respecting photographers I had at that time tackled the subject of the female nude benefitting, quite naturally …at getting an eyeful ! Quite uneasy with this exercise I had imagined photographing my model in different « sections », by asking her to turn a few degrees after each shot. Once the contact plate was finished this mixture seemed absurd, so I wisely filed the result in a drawer marked « No Interest ».
25 years later, probably with a nostalgia for young beauties now no longer attainable, I finally succeeded in producing a plausible collage of some of these sections, by making a sort of siren emerge, all corkscrewed.
